TECHNICAL PROBLEM
A. INTERNET CONNECTION
I have been using a DSL BROADBAND for almost
three months now. There were two common problems I always encounter. First would
NO PRIOR NOTICE when there will be a
day of disconnection due to fixing or upgrading the facilities and POOR RECEIVE DATA that during skype
call, the other party cannot hear or vice versa. This has somehow an
UNAVOIDABLE ISSUE and beyond my control resulting to cancellation of classes.
B. POWER SHUT DOWN
A sudden power shut down is also another
thing especially this summer season. Philippines, Metro Manila in particular
has been said to have power shortage.
SOLUTION

Lessons have to be cancelled and be extended to
compensate the lost of my students

A speed test is conducted with my internet
provider
·
Make-up
class is given if necessary and student wishes to.
